The Secret Behind Caitlyn Jenner's Healthy Lifestyle: "Eat Your Wheaties"
There’s no denying that Caitlyn Jenner has turned to her troop of fashionable daughters for foolproof fashion advice. But when it comes to maintaining a radiant glow and healthy fitness regime, the I Am Cait star knows exactly what to do solo.
Speaking candidly about the new season of her documentary-style television hit, the former Olympic gold medalist opened up about how she keeps her physical and mental health in check. “Eat your Wheaties,” she jokingly told reporters at the TCA NBC Universal Cable Day on Thursday in Pasadena, Calif. “I just don’t really exercise like I used to. I love morning walks. I live out in Malibu, and I’ve got mountain trails forever. I go for morning walks. I try to eat properly, the best way I can, anyway. And I just should stay away from the Starbucks a little more. That’s about it.”
Jenner definitely doesn’t take her recreational sports lightly, taking up off-roading with the family and regularly turning to her mountainside view for inspiration (below).
We can’t wait to see her take up more adventures when season 2 of I Am Cait premieres on March 6 at 9 p.m. ET on E!.
