The fashion brand, which filed for bankruptcy in January 2015, will officially return today with a relaunch on QVC. Celebrity stylist and “Fashion Police” co-host, Brad Goreski, was sworn in as the new Creative Director this past summer and will also serve as the on-air personality for the updated brand. And he’s so ready for it. “I have always been a fan of the C. Wonder brand and I wanted to bring something special to the QVC customer,” says Goreski, adding that when he was first approached about the opportunity that “it just made sense.” Courtesy, C. Wonder So what can shoppers expect from the new C. Wonder? Surely, they can rely on Goreski’s well-known fresh and fun approach to fashion. “We’ve updated key silhouettes in the collection with soft luxurious fabrics and fun, playful, whimsical prints,” he says. But he's not tinkering too much with the C. Wonder signatures. Goreski promises the collection will still include exclusive details and nods to the original C. Wonder, such as a tassle fringe detail that appears on a number of the clothing pieces. Courtesy, C. Wonder Fans, old and new, will also be delighted to hear that Goreski is maintaining the brand's affordable price range. “C. Wonder is and always has been where classic gets a fresh spin and luxury is affordable and guilt-free,” he says. Prices for this season’s Moroccan-inspired designs for apparel, footwear, and accessories, like jewelry and belts, are generally under $100. Leather items, including bags and some shoes, ring in slightly higher but not by much. Courtesy, C. Wonder The affordable fun kicks off today on QVC and you can shop the collection online here now. Here’s wishing the rebooted brand a long and chic career!
