This time he plays a new father and after his wife (Genesis Rodriguez) passed away after going into labor five weeks early, his premature daughter is placed on a ventilator. But once Hurricane Katrina starts to flood the hospital, Walker is the only one who can save his daughter's life with no doctors or power to help keep the ventilator running.

Russell film has a packed roster of Hollywood heavy-hitters— including Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams, and Christian Bale—and is already nominated for seven Golden Globes nominations for Best Motion Picture and nods for Best lead and supporting roles. The film is based on con-artist Irving Rosenfeld (Bale) who ends up working alongside FBI agent (Cooper) to catch a few white-collar criminals.
