After a couple of days of showing off her enviable maternity style on the Cannes red carpet, Blake Lively returned Friday with her best look yet, stunning at the premiere of Slack Bay in a dreamy, mint organza Vivienne Westwood Couture princess dress. The 28-year-old Age of Adaline star was all smiles as she posed with her hands on her hips, flashing her massive wedding ring and metallic silver nail polish. To top the look, she kept her hair pulled back with a thin diamond-studded Lorraine Schwartz headband that showed off her large diamond stud earrings from the brand. As for her glass slippers, she opted for silver Christian Louboutin heels. The Best Looks from the Cannes Film Festival (So Far) While Lively didn't leave a Louboutin on the long Cannes staircase for her prince charming (a.k.a. husband Ryan Reynolds) to find, her breathtaking look was certainly fit for royalty. The ruffled skirt of her corseted gown had over 30 meters of organza that was bonded to a vegan horse hair crinoline and asymmetrically gathered around the body of it. Sequin flowers were also embroidered onto the corset and cascaded down the fanciful frock that hid the pregnant actress's baby bump. Lively, who debuted her baby bump at the festival Wednesday, is on hand promoting her Woody Allen film Cafe Society and her upcoming thriller flick The Shallows.
