Beverley Mitchell Throwback

Beverley Mitchell is making us totally emotional with her 7th Heaven throwback photos in honor of the show's 20th anniversary.

"Reminiscing about the good ole days with my girl @jessicabiel," she captioned an Instagram snap of herself and Jessica Biel clad in frilly white dresses and flower crowns (above).

"Jess [who played Mitchell's on-screen sister, Mary Camden] and I really enjoyed our fake fight, we really got into it," Mitchell explained on her blog, Growing Up Hollywood. The girls' characters got into a tussle during the episode where they wore the outfits. "There is something quite fun about wrestling your best friend. I was never really the athletic or physical one so it was pretty fun trying to take Jess on," the actress wrote. "And I mean, how cute are we in these ridiculous dresses!"

Mitchell posted another adorable photo of the cast on their first day of filming. "Feeling a little sentimental about marking the 20th anniversary this Friday from when we first met the Camdens," she captioned the group shot.

She elaborated on her personal blog, getting into the details on her first interactions with each of the cast members: "Both Jess and I MAY have had a little crush on Barry [Watson, who played sibling Matt Camden] in the beginning, OK so we did, but that didn’t last that long because soon we began to see Barry as an older brother and that just made it weird."

The nostalgia really started flowing when Mitchell talked about her amazing relationship with co-star Biel. "Jess and I got along from the start, we truly were the best of friends. I mean THANK GOD for this girl; we have truly gone through it all and I couldn’t have picked a better partner to have had this adventure with," she wrote. "She has loved me through the best and worst of times and has always been there when I needed her. 20 years ago I was given a sister and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! I love you, Jess."

We're not crying, you're crying!
