The Best Sustainable Red Carpet Gowns at the 2020 BAFTAs
Historically, the British Academy Film Awards have been a place for memorable fashion moments, and, this year, proved to be no different — even with the new dress code's limitations.
At the 73rd annual BAFTAs, all attendees were asked to "dress sustainably." That meant celebrities could recycle an outfit, buy vintage, or rent their red carpet gowns, according to the guidelines set forth by the London College of Fashion. Another way to go green? Supporting designers, such as Stella McCartney, who are known for their eco-friendly practices.

Style stars, including Kate Middleton, Zoë Kravitz, and Charlize Theron were up for the challenge and still managed to shut down the red carpet with their sustainable selections.
