Israeli model Bar Refaeli looks incredible after welcoming her first child just two months ago, and the new mom is sharing just how she’s getting back into shape. On Sunday, Refaeli took to Instagram to share part of her latest workout routine, and you’re going to want to copy her move for some toned glutes.

In the Boomerang, the model balances with one leg on a Bosu ball while holding onto pulleys and toning her left leg. “As you can see, I’m all about getting back in shape #addicted,” Refaeli captioned the post.

Last week, she shared another photo doing a similar move, switching legs on a Bosu ball and kicking them out to the side to tone her outer glutes. “Working my ASS off,” she captioned the ‘gram.

We’d say this new mom looks incredible already: She posted a photo while jumping into the pool in a bikini, and her post-baby body is seriously toned.
