Everything We Know About Ariana Grande's Engagement Ring
Superstar Ariana Grande and Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson shocked fans on Monday when reports circulated that the couple (of one month) are engaged.
While neither party has outright confirmed the news, Grande engaged with followers on Twitter Monday night, thanking them for their congratulations and declaring her love for them.
As soon as the news broke, fans began scouring the couple's social feeds for clues—and they found one, a grande one.
During the singer’s Wango Tango performance in L.A. on June 2, the 24-year-old sported some serious bling on that finger.
And OK, she was wearing several rings at the time, so it may have slipped under the radar, but take a second look:
A pear-shaped diamond is no casual gem—in fact, both Cardi B and Paris Hilton have similar engagement rings.
According to E!, Davidson purchased the ring (a $93,000 VVS1 diamond set in platinum) last month from N.Y.C. jeweler Mr. Flawless (a.k.a. Greg Yuna).
"Pete called me at the end of May and said 'Look, I'm getting a ring. This is what I want.' And I told him that I had the right ring for him. He didn't tell me who it was for but told me to keep it a secret. He didn't tell me anything about it," Yuna told the site.
If the piece in question is her engagement ring and the timeline matches up, then when did Davidson pop the question? After two weeks of dating? With this tradition-bucking couple, we wouldn't be surprised.
