Ariana Grande Drops Official Video Promoting New Ari Fragrance (Chihuahua Cameo, Included)
Ariana Grande is so excited about her new fragrance that she released a short film. Admit it: so would you.
The pint-sized pop star celebrated the debut of her signature scent, Ari, with a whimsical two minute video featuring her and her dog Toulouse being driven through the streets of New York City in a vintage cab. When the cab driver—a charming older gentleman—asks her to sing a song for him, Grande begins a backseat performance of her latest single, "Focus." Naturally.
When they reach her destination, the 22-year-old singer pauses to apply a spritz of Ari before noticing a swarm of paparazzi. With a coy look at the camera, Grande appears to reconsider her plans and decides to extend the aromatic cab ride. The car peels out and the performance continues.
So what does Ari smell like, exactly? A lot like its promotional clip, apparently.
"It's sexy, playful, and sweet, just like me," Grande recently told InStyle. "I thought it was going to be hard to mix sweet and sexy, but this all came together. I really wanted to give my fans a piece of me—my own favorite smell."
Ari's debut scent, Ari, is available now for $49 for 1.7 fl. oz. at macys.com.
