The world may still be buzzing over the release of the brand new iPhone 6, but that's not all Apple has up its sleeve.

Today during a live event streamed from their Cupertino, Calif., headquarters, Apple revealed that Apple Pay will launch Monday, Oct. 20, which means that the days of searching for your wallet when its time to checkout are going to be in the past before we know it.

What exactly does Apple Pay do? The built-in iPhone 6 feature is created with breakthrough contactless payment technology that allows you to pay for your purchases in stores and online with a single touch, eliminating any need to search for the right card, swipe, and wait. Over 500 banks have already signed on to support Apple Pay, which includes unique security features to ensure that when you finally buy that Alexander Wang bag you've been coveting the transaction is easy, secure, and private. Talk about happy shopping!
