Anne Hathaway may be getting further along in her pregnancy, but she’s not putting her heels aside just yet.

The Oscar winner—with a killer mom-to-be glow—was all smiles as she and her husband Adam Shulman hosted the L.A. Art Show opening night premiere party at the Los Angeles Convention Center Wednesday night, with Hathaway rocking a show-stopping pair of chunky sky-high black sandals with sparkly jeweled heels.

To complete the look at the bash that benefited St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the 33-year-old actress showed off her baby bump in a black and white printed Marc by Marc Jacobs minidress ($598; nordstrom.com) with a matching Nathalie Trad clutch.

As for why it was important to her to make the rare red carpet appearance during her pregnancy, Hathaway told InStyle her relationship with the hospital was cemented when she first visited the hospital 12 years ago. “Of course, it was a place that I had heard about, but, after I saw it firsthand I knew that my life was changed and that I would do anything to help those kids and their families, and I would do anything to support this cause.”

“I truly think that St. Jude represents the best of us and deserves our full support always,” she said. The hospital is world-renowned for its research and treatment of childhood life-threatening diseases, particularly pediatric cancer.

Hathaway also gushed over her love for art, adding, “Art kind of is my life. It brings me joy … it makes me calm, and it keeps me so excited. I mean, for me, it makes every day exciting.”

Another one of our fave celebrity couples—Dave and Odette Annable—also took part in the art show, as did Zach Braff, Perrey Reeves, Shannen Doherty, Holly Marie Combs, and Natasha Henstridge, among other stars.

The festive bash included a wide variety of eye-catching art exhibits, including a live portrait painting session, a glitzy Kobe Bryant Lakers Jersey, and a modern day painting of Audrey Hepburn. In addition to the exhibits, guests went wild over the grub, with attendees standing in long lines to get a free taste of Pink’s hot dogs, Rasta Taco’s mini chicken and steak tacos, and more.

As Hathaway and Shulman made their way through the party, the Intern star took a moment to talk to guests about the hospital and had everyone near her sing "Happy Birthday" to a 4-year-old boy who beat brain cancer thanks to St. Jude’s. When Hathaway made her way out of the event, she waved goodbye to fans and held hands with her hubby as they approached the exit.
