She and her daughters took in a show.

When she's not promoting a movie or making appearances for good causes, Angelina Jolie keeps a relatively private profile, but last weekend, she was seen out with two her kids on a very cultured outing.

The actress took her daughters, 15-year-old Zahara and 11-year-old Vivienne, to Cirque Du Soleil's touring show Volta in Los Angeles, and stopped to meet the cast and crew. Paola Fraschini, a star of the show, shared a photo with Jolie and her daughters, writing, "Ok.. I’ve never thought I could meet Angelina Jolie! She came to see the show...What a beautiful soul."

Jolie recently spent New Year's Eve in Ethiopia with Zahara and Vivienne, along two of her other children, Shiloh and Knox. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar last November, she said she's currently choosing to be based in Los Angeles so that her children could be close to their father, Brad Pitt.

"I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18," she said. "Right now I’m having to base where their father chooses to live."

Last October, five of the six Jolie-Pitt kids made a red carpet appearance to support their mom at the premiere of her movie, Maleficent.

"It's just so wonderful to have their [support]. They're my friends," she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
