The Chesapeake, VA native followed the sartorial advice of our dynamic style duo, Fashion Director Cindy Weber Cleary and Senior Market Editor Dana Avidan-Cohn, in the "Fashion Director vs. Fashion Editor: Long Vest" story from our October issue. (They each pieced together two casual-cool fall outfits with a sleeveless Calvin Klein topper.) "It's cold enough outside in fall to need a light layer, but a full coat is too heavy," she told InStyle of the look. "This pairing allows me to layer for warmth but still show off my floral H&M dress." And we're pretty darn glad she did—it would be a shame to hide it.
