Amy Adams is InStyle’s December cover girl! In this issue, we catch up with the three-time Oscar nominee to find out the secret to balancing motherhood, love, and work in a single bound. “I’m definitely not one of those women who make it look easy,” she says. “But I’m more patient than I ever thought I would be, and I’m not hard on myself anymore.” And there’s a lot for the perpetually-cheerful actress to cheer for lately: Her latest movie, The Muppets, comes out November 23rd, and she’s cast as Lois Lane in the next Superman movie. Her greatest role, however, is as mom to 19-month-old daughter Aviana Olea, who she raises with her actor and artist fiancé (since 2008) Darren Le Gallo. One thing she learned from parenthood so far? Know when to cut yourself a break. “I read about these actresses who get on a stationary bike two weeks after giving birth and I’m like, ‘What?
