Amal Clooney’s classic style is among the first things that come to mind when anyone mentions her name, but it’s important to remember that fashion is not the 38-year-old’s top priority.
On Monday, the human rights lawyer stopped by the ministry in Stuttgart, Germany, where she discussed the Yazidi religious community in Iran, a group currently affected by genocide. Earlier this year Clooney announced that she would be representing and providing counsel to Yazidi women and girls who have been victimized by ISIS.
While the matter at hand was undeniably serious, Clooney offered a lesson in boardroom-ready dressing with her outfit. For her meeting, the brunette donned a conservative but eye-catching navy and burgundy two-piece ensemble that consisted of a skirt and matching jacket. She paired the pieces with pointed-toe lace-up heels and completed her look with her signature oversize sunglasses, silver drop earrings, and a structural black handbag.
What work attire will she debut next? We can't wait to find out.
