Officially introduced by Rayna (Connie Britton) as the first artist on her new record label, Highway 65, Scarlett O'Connor (Clare Bowen) got a new wardrobe to match her new status and InStyle has the exclusive inside scoop. For her star turn costume designer Susie DeSanto chose a Vivienne Westwood corset, sky-high Steve Madden heels, and made a custom skirt from a vintage petticoat, “basically we started with a silhouette that works on her and took it to the limit, making sure we did something that belongs only to her.” Meanwhile Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) continued to play with her good and bad sides, and those white versus black looks, as she performed for a rich couple.
