No one makes an apology video quite like Adele. The big-voiced songstress was scheduled to perform in front of a sold-out crowd for the second night in a row at Phoenix's Talking Stick Resort Area Wednesday, but she took to Instagram and Twitter to share an emotional video to tell her fans that a bad cold had gotten the best of her.

"I'm really, really sorry. I've had a cold for a couple of days and I've been pushing through it," the British crooner told her fans, appearing distraught. "I did my show last night and I loved it but I pushed too hard and my cold has gotten the better of me."

The raspy-sounding singer said she had been trying to sing all morning to no avail, and "As you can hear, even if I did the show it wouldn't be very good."

The "Hello" hitmaker then told fans that she would make it up to them. "I will reschedule this show, I promise you. And I will come back and I'll smash it for you," she said. Watch her video, in which she appears sans her signature cat-eye, here:

Feel better, Adele!
