For many people, Monday was a tough day as it marked a return to work after a long holiday vacation, but luckily they came home to great entertainment. Season 19 of The Bachelor premiered last night on ABC and it featured hunky Iowa farmer Chris Soules meeting more than 25 women, one of whom may become his wife. Though we've seen some over-the-top Bachelor and Bachelorette runs in the past, if yesterday's episode was any indication, this season may trump them all! Here are the top 5 most memorable moments from the premiere.

1. The Entrances

From strapping a seat belt onto Soules (done by a flight attendant) to sporting pig noses and bringing their own karaoke machines, the women of this season made past contestants look tame. And let's not forget the woman who within five seconds of meeting Soules said he could "plow her field" anytime. Whoa!

2. Ashley S. Has a Lot of Layers

There's always one contestant who shows off her kooky side a little early in the game and that was Ashley S., a 24-year-old hairstylist. She gave a rambling speech about onion layers but didn't find a real onion to aid her presentation—she used a pomegranate instead. But it turns out Soules loves a good vegetable metaphor and he gave Ashley a rose.

3. Britt Gets the First Impression Rose

Britt, who likes to give hugs to strangers, was one of the first ladies Soules met and it was clear from the beginning that he was smitten with the 27-year-old waitress. She got the first impression rose and the very first kiss (and it was pretty darn passionate!)

4. The Tara Chronicles

Perhaps the most memorable special lady from last night's premiere was Tara, a 26-year-old "sport fishing enthusiast." First of all, she wore daisy dukes and cowboy boots to meet Soules, which he seemed to get a kick out of. But then, feeling embarrassed amongst the other more formally dressed women, she changed into a black dress and not-so-stealthily climbed back into the limo and did a second entrance. But that was just the beginning for Tara—by the rose ceremony, she had could barely stand from drinking shots of whisky and her behavior led Soules to left the room to talk to Chris Harrison about how to handle the situation. But in the end, to the disbelief of many of the other girls, Soules gave Tara a rose.

5. The Woman Who Wouldn't Take No for an Answer

We were left with a major cliffhanger at the end of the premiere when Kimberly, a 28-year-old yoga instructor, just couldn't accept the fact that Soules didn't give her a rose. At last glance we saw her crying on camera and walking back into the house to talk to him.
