Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, the Sisters with the Crazy Hats, Surprised Us at the Royal Wedding
Who cares about Mr. and Mrs. when you've got fabulously wild hats?
Yes, Meghan Markle married Prince Harry Saturday in a gorgeouswedding dress at St. George's Chapel. And while the newly-named Duchess of Sussex was, of course, the star of the show, we won't lie: It wouldn't be a royal wedding without Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice.

The royal sisters are the daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duke and Duchess of York, and the world may likely remember them from their over-the-top arrival to the 2011 royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Yes, they wore massive fascinators for the event.
So did they show up for Markle and Harry's big day? You bet, but not in what we expected them to. The siblings marched their way about the chapel Windsor Castle in two rather paired-down, more subtle hats. Eugenie wore a blue custom Gainsbourg dress with a matching hat by Fiona Graham of FiGraham Millinery, while Beatrice wore a blue dress with pearl detailing and a similar topper that doubled as a headband.

While it's technically not required to wear an ornate hat for such a fancy event, women who choose to do so are perceived as elegant. In fact, guests invited to a royal wedding know that doing so is basically expected.
Clearly, Eugenie and Beatrice know how to impress. Below, 9 other times the sisters reminded us that they've got their hat game on lock.
