In addition to creating 'foundational undergarments' that make women look and feel good (whether they're heading to an award show or not), core to the brand was giving back through its breast cancer awareness initiative, #kitstokickcancer. Now, the co-founders are bringing the selfie campaign back for the second year and they're using their impressive roster of A-list friends and clients — which includes Katy Perry, Kate Hudson, Mindy Kaling, Dakota Fanning, Meena Harris, to name a few — to spread the word. Meena Harris Won't Stop Fighting to See a Woman President Throughout the month of October, the brand will be sharing underwear selfies from both their celeb friends and clients, as well as family members and survivors (including Harouche's mom and grandmother) — and are encouraging their Instagram followers to do the same. (The brand will donate 5% of all sales in October to the Women's Cancer Research Fund and an additional $1 for every woman who posts a photo in their undergarments and tags @kitundergarments on Instagram.) "The women we have included in this month’s campaign all embody the ethos of our brand and we couldn’t be more grateful or proud to have them as a part of the family," Mizrahi wrote on Instagram. "I’ll kick it off as I have endless gratitude and love for my body and all of the things it does for me. And if I can recommend one thing, ladies...GET YOUR MAMMOGRAMS!" Everything You Need to Know Before Your First Mammogram Celebs like January Jones are also using the campaign as an opportunity to urge their followers to take care of their health. "Please please don’t procrastinate getting your mammograms/ultrasounds ladies! Sending love to all who have fought and are currently fighting, and to those in my family who are, I love you and am standing with you!" Jones wrote alongside a photo of her in Kit's Molded Balconette bra. January Jones wears Kit Undergarments.
