What if we told you that in the realm of dining out, there is a way to access information to hidden, off-menu items at your favorite restaurants throughout the US and Canada? If you haven’t heard of Off The Menu yet, then you’re in for a treat. This buzzy app reveals a curated list of what you can and should order from hundreds of dining spots and just added a very special name to their roster of employees: Actress and food-enthusiast Shay Mitchell. Though it may seem like an unlikely business move for Mitchell, it turns out she has actually been committed to this role even before she was appointed Creative Director. “I’ve been exploring cities with Lawrence [OTM’s founder] to find the tastiest secret menu items way before the app had come to life. I'm thrilled to come on board to help grow awareness of this essential app for food and drink lovers and really let people in on what Lawrence and I have been doing for years!” she says. In light of her recent appointment, Mitchell is dishing on her top menu recommendations throughout the U.S. and Canada. First up: Los Angeles. Scroll down to find out what her top picks are (and what she has on her cheat day).
