We're Calling It Now! This Cidre Rosé Will Be the Drink of the Summer
What's bubbly, refreshing, and pink all over? The drink of summer, of course! In years past, a classic crisp glass of rosé has been a mainstay in our hands at every backyard BBQ, birthday party, or happy hour throughout the hot weather season. But this summer, we're taking things up a notch. We could never stray from our rosé roots, though, so allow us to introduce the drink of summer: Nine Pin Cidre Rosé.

Cidre rosé is exactly that: cidre + rosé. And it's the full-bodied, big brother of the sweet wine that we needed. The craft cider comes from Nine Pin Cider Works, New York's first farm cidery, in upstate New York (so you know the apples are prime quality) and the rosé component comes from Niskayuna-based Capoccia Vineyards. The result is a light fusion with a complex flavor profile of grapes and apples. And its sweet but not chew-on-your-cheek sweet, so another glass (or two!) is always down the line.
The collab is the newest can series from the cidery, featuring gorgeous 12 oz. cans decked out in graphic, colorful designs perfect for your Instagram, and with its pink tint, we're sure you'll scroll by quite a few perfectly posed glasses of Cidre Rosé come summertime.
Nine Pin products are available at the cidery's tasting room and through retailers carrying the brand's products. For more info on where to find the drink of summer, go here.
