Coachella: come for the insane music lineup, stay for the even more over the top food selection. Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, and Radiohead may be headlining, but we'll be saving a good amount of phone storage space for the serious #foodporn we'll be posting.
From waffles on a stick and nitro ice cream to a 10K burger and vegan poutine, the snack rundown is one to be savored. Here are just some of the dishes we can't wait to indulge in and Instagram this year.

One word: RACLETTE. Touted as the festival's food highlight is Alvin Cailan's Paper Planes where they'll be essentially dumping hot cheese fresh from the round on tater tots. We see a raclette Boomerang in your future.
Not all burritos are created equal, and the Peruvian ones from Ricardo Zarate's Mamacita are a step above the rest. The fast casual restaurant is serving up burritos filled with a quinoa and brown rice blend, tomato sambal, avocados, a fried egg, and your choice of chicken, steak, or portobellow mushroom.
The new-school Chinese spot offers sweet and tangy orange chicken bowls that you can pair with a cold-brew tea from their tea bar. Top everything off with a custom-flavored fortune cookie.
If you're up for standing in what promises to be a decent sized line, everyone's favorite tacos from Trejo's will be served hot, fast, and fresh in the Beer Barn.
Marcel Vigneron's Wolf will feature a wide variety of delights, serving everything for his famous 10K burger, kale salad, and insane coconut nitro ice cream, which will offer refreshing relief in the heat of the desert.
Debuting at the festival this year is Sweet Combforts, which puts a highly Instagrammable twist on your standard Belgian waffle. The portable treats come in Oreo, Fruity Pebble, animal cracker, and "plain jane" styles, so get your cameras ready.
When you're looking for something a little lighter, poke is your perfect option. Sweetfin Poké is serving bowls full of spicy tuna, rice, and all your favorite poke fixings for a nutrient-dense, but delicious, meal.
Indian gastropub Badmaash is here to serve the poutine addict in all of us. Whether you're a carnivore and crave chicken in all things or are a vegan looking to pig out, there's a poutine for that.
