InStyle's editorial guidelines Published on December 23, 2019 @ 08:42AM Pin Share Tweet Email On Dec. 21, Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma officially tied the knot. The couple shared a few details of the intimate ceremony at their Beverly Hills home with an official photo posted to Instagram. In the image the couple stands next to an old station wagon, complete with vintage "just married" cans tied to the back of the car. Duff also shared a behind-the-scenes video of her look with Vogue giving some insight on why she opted for a simple but elegant Jenny Packham gown. "One, I feel comfortable," Duff muses after putting the dress on before the wedding. "I feel like it's everything that I dreamed of. The shoulders are so exciting to me. It has structure but its clean and simple. I knew I wanted something modern." We Hope Lizzie McGuire Is Still an Outfit Repeater, Because We Want to See These Looks Again For her accessories, Duff decided to add a little sparkle to her "clean" look. On her ears she wore Anita Ko diamond drop earrings and instead of a veil, she wore a $220 Jennifer Behr Swarovski pearl and crystal headband (still available on Net-a-Porter). It's been quite the year for Duff. Not only did she and her now-husband have their first child together in late 2018, more recently, the actress announced that she will be starring in a reboot of Lizze McGuire on Disney+.
