Winter's new hair color is the work of LA-based duo Tabitha Dueñas and Tim Dueñas. She tagged them to give them credit for her fresh platinum blonde waves.

While the actress' latest look is a big departure from her Modern Family character Alex Dunphy's deep brunette hair, she's been going lighter since the show's last season wrapped.

In late February, Winter went from brunette to strawberry blonde.
