I’m 4-Foot-11, and I Finally Found a Flattering Spring Maxi Dress That Fits Me Perfectly

I love baring my legs in a minidress when the weather warms up, but there’s nothing easier, chicer, or breezier than a spring maxi dress. Sadly, I experience a bit of a conundrum when I shop for longer garments as I’m tiny, clocking in at 4-foot-11-inches. I own the dress in a size large, and it fits me perfectly. The gown ends exactly at my ankles, so it doesn’t drag on the ground as I walk, which is no small feat (ahem, pun intended). The square neck and smocked bodice are also super flattering; the upper holds me in and slims my silhouette without a weird smashed or flattened effect. What’s more, I actually tend to be a bit nervous about smocking, since it can highlight the rolls I’d rather remain hidden, but that’s not the case with this dress, as it offers ideal concealment. 

I wore the Floerns Boho Dress non-stop last spring and summer, and I plan to do so again this year. I sported it everywhere from Disneyland to Las Vegas in temperatures approaching 100 degrees, so I know the lightweight fabric holds up in the heat.
