With so many major projects under her belt, from Big Little Lies to High Fidelity, Zoë Kravitz makes it easy to forget that she’s also a celebrity offspring. Her parents are the inimitable Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz (plus, Jason Momoa is her stepdad), and while she may have wanted to keep that fact hush-hush early in her career, she definitely inherited their talents — especially when it comes to style.

In fact, whenever she attends an event with her dad, the two show up looking like well-dressed twins. Their fashion choices always give off effortless, rock-star sort of vibes, and they tend to mix basics with eye-catching accessories. Plus, just like Lenny, Zoë is also a fan of leather accents.

Ahead, we’ve compiled their best, most coordinated father-daughter outfits, which date all the way back to Zoë’s childhood.

At the 1997 MTV Video Music Awards, both Lenny and Zoë wore leather jackets and chokers.

Forget black leather jackets — the father-daughter duo swapped out the standard option for different shades of brown at the 2000 Grammy Awards.

From Zoë's striped shirt and shoulder bag to Lenny's zip-up, red was clearly the go-to that night.

We wonder just how many pairs of sunglasses the singer-songwriter owns — and if Zoë borrowed this pair from him.

While attending a photo exhibit in 2006, the two style icons swapped out loose tees and leather items for something a bit more preppy.

Basic tees will never be boring as long as you amp them up with enough accessories (and the last name Kravitz).

Did they decide on this black-and-gray theme beforehand, or are they all that in-sync?

Somehow, Lenny makes leather pants work for every occasion — even movie premieres. Zoë made sure to match her dad as he promoted The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 2013, arriving in a voluminous black mini dress.

Clearly, Lenny's love of this material has rubbed off on Zoë. In 2016, she showed up to a Saint Laurent show in a leather jacket of her own, while her dad stuck with his signature pants style.

While these two love their neutrals and basics, they're also down to wear more playful pieces, too. Case in point: Zoë's bright Hawaiian shirt and Lenny's camo pants, which they wore to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2018.

They might not have matched, per se, while attending Saint Laurent's Fall 2020 show, but both Lenny and Zoë chose to show a little skin when selecting their outfits for the front row.
