As someone who's been living my best work-from-home life for three years now, cozy loungewear is my winter wardrobe staple. On the hunt for a new lounge set to add to my rotation, I turned to the person whose product recommendations I trust most in this world: Oprah.

Thanks to the fact that my first media job was at O, The Oprah Magazine, I anticipate the annual drop of Oprah's Favorite Things even more eagerly than your average shopper. And when I saw the Softies Dream Jersey Crew Neck Lounge Set on the list this year, I couldn't hit the buy button fast enough.

This isn't the first time Softies has earned a coveted spot on the list. In fact, it's been included in Oprah's Favorite Things for the last five years — and for good reason: As the name implies, Softies makes supremely soft loungewear that ranges from turtleneck sweater dresses to plush robes.

This particular set won me over thanks to its chic look and Oprah's rave review in 2021's Favorite Things List, in which she said that the "next-level softness" of the matching top and bottom made them "hard to take off."

This loungewear lives up to the hype, and I've been living in mine since I got it in November. I feel like I'm wearing PJs all day, but the set is stylish enough that I can also hop on Zoom calls or run out for errands in it. I even wore this to the airport when I flew home for the holidays.

But you don't just have to take my word for it. As soon as my mom and sister felt this fabric, they immediately ordered sets for themselves. One Amazon reviewer even calls it "the most amazing thing I've ever put on my body."

It's no wonder why. In addition to being insanely cozy, the mostly-polyester material has a touch of Spandex in it for just the right amount of stretch, and a drawstring on the pants allows for a nice custom fit. The material is also very lightweight. While that means you may not want to run out in it on a snow day, it does lengthen its wearable season beyond winter into fall and spring.

One note on sizing: For anyone on the taller side (5'8" and up), the top and bottom run a little short, so I recommend ordering up. The two-piece outfit is machine washable, though I've avoided putting mine in the dryer to help prevent any potential pilling or shrinking.

The set is available in black, navy, gray, blue, and pink in sizes small to 5X. My advice? Snatch the Jersey Crew Neck Lounge Set up while you still can, since anything with the Oprah stamp of approval tends to sell out!
