Fashion Shoes Selena Gomez and Madonna Always Wear This Fluffy Sandal in Public and It's Selling Out Fast at Nordstrom Celebrities can't stop wearing it in quarantine either. Usually I’m the one yelling at him for making that mistake. But I also never thought I’d be the person suggesting cereal for breakfast. Apparently, quarantine has that effect on people. The reality is, my bedroom floor is almost entirely shoes. And since my bedroom is now one of the only five places I go on a daily basis — if my living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom count as separate places, that is — it feels weird to just live amongst the shoes instead of living in them like I usually do. So I’ve been wearing them around my house to let them know I still love them. The irony is that the shoes I was caught wearing are barely shoes at all but incredibly fluffy Ugg slippers that I wear everywhere. They’re indoor shoes just as much as they are outdoor shoes. So did I really deserve to be reprimanded? I think not. Madonna might agree. She was spotted in the same Ugg slippers before her Madame X concert one night. Selena Gomez has worn hers to the recording studio and LAX. Bella and Gigi Hadid frequently wear theirs with jeans. I’m pretty sure all of them fully intended on making these Ugg slides their indoor shoes before putting on a real outfit and deciding that they’re actually cute enough to wear out in public. Even Lady Gaga owns a pair. The Ugg Fluff Yeah slide has quietly become the chicest pair of Uggs to be seen in. Not only because they feel like pastel clouds, but also because they’re more reminiscent of Miu Miu than the infamous Ugg boot of your middle-school dreams. Splash News Backgrid Now that we’ve all been stuck inside for approximately one thousand weeks, it would make sense that we’d start seeing more of the fluffy Ugg sandals than ever before. They’re the perfect shoes to wear all day and then to the grocery store before your third nap of the day. Everyone seems to be stocking up, too, since they’re currently sold out in multiple colorways at Nordstrom. Thankfully, some are still available and they’re under $100. And even though I own two pairs in both orange and purple, I’m contemplating buying another. Not for me but for my boyfriend, because I’m positive if he slipped on a pair, he’d understand why I can’t take mine off. Shop the best fluffy Ugg slides at Nordstrom, below.
