Kathleen Whitaker and Ulla Johnson Collaborate on the Coolest Jewelry Collection for NYFW
Alongside the killer ready-to-wear collection that Ulla Johnson just debuted for New York Fashion Week, we were especially enamored with the jewelry—no surprise here. Designer Kathleen Whitaker collaborated with Ulla on a bespoke collection of twenty pieces. The incredibly modern sterling silver entities, which are made with materials such as moonstone, will be exclusively sold at the Ulla Johnson NYC boutique.
On the collection, Kathleen says, "Ulla's spring/summer '18 collection feels inventive, beautiful and feminine. We are so flattered she approached us again to collaborate. It was our aim to create something that complemented her vision in palette, design and scale. We adapted some of our signature styles with a vocabulary of new materials—mother-of-pearl and pink muscle shell set in sterling silver—which led to a collection that feels both sophisticated and highly wearable."
