The Most Outrageous Looks at the Moschino Fashion Show
The brand’s creative director showed off his Spring/Summer Resort ‘19 collection right outside of Los Angeles in Burbank, California on Friday, transforming part of an equestrian park into a full-on style carnival for his kitschy, carnival-inspired looks that came complete with his usual tongue-in-cheek flair.
Gwen Stefani, who attended the show with her two sons, Zuma, 9, and Apollo, 4, was just one of many style stars who headed into a colorful carnival tent to watch the show. Emma Roberts, who stunned in a safety-clip print dress, January Jones, who rocked a sheer star-embellished, skirt and Brittany Snow, who rocked a cone-bralette over a white shirt dress, among others, sat front row too.
“Jeremy is one of my favorites,” Stefani, who is working with Scott on the costume designs for her upcoming tour, told InStyle. “I never get to come out. I’m always busy. I always have the kids...but I was like, I’m coming...I’m bringing the kids. And he’s like, perfect, it’s a circus theme. It just worked out.”
While Stefani’s little ones were all smiles as they walked in, Roberts swooned over the scene too. “I feel like when it comes to Moschino, everything is just so thought out and such an event, and of course, as soon as I pulled up, it’s a full-on circus, literally. Not metaphorically,” she told us with a laugh. “It’s already such an event, and the clothes haven’t even come out yet. I feel like that just sets the tone.”
Scott took that carnival event vibe further as he turned ringmaster, stepped out in a Moschino ringmaster-inspired suit with gold trim and said, “Let the show begin!” Models strutted out in bold, colorful frocks, with one sporting oversized yellow shades, yellow tights, a pink boa, and a pink dress with a hoop skirt. Alessandra Ambrosio soon followed, making an appearance in a bejeweled gown, and Stella Maxwell smized as she strolled out in a whimsical pink mini dress covered in flowers.
Still, there were a few looks that stood out above the rest on the wild spectrum. Take a peek at the most outrageous looks at the show!
