We Can't Make This Up: McDonalds Merchandise Is Now a Thing
Just when you thought that McDonalds couldn't get any bigger, the brand steps into the fashion game with a line of Big Mac-themed merchandise. We've seen fashion houses like Moschino pay homage to the golden arches, but this time, McDonalds is dropping its own designs with help from the iconic Japanese brand Beams.
There are only 300 pieces of each of the five items in the collection, which perfectly marries the love we have for fast food and fashion. There's a white T-shirt in the line that's stamped with the year McDonalds was founded and a mouthwatering graphic of the Big Mac. And there's also a couple of accessories in the mix—like a tasty-looking tote bag, a baseball cap, and a triangle pouch. And McDonalds also has our iPhone covered with a red case branded with the Big Mac on the back.
The yummy fashions will officially drop on June 2 at 11 p.m. EST. Sadly, the line is only being sold at Japanese retailer Rakuten. So shipping will definitely be a pain. But if you're obsessed with the two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun as much as we are, it will totally be worth the wait.
