Photo: Getty Images At this point in the pandemic, it's possible that looking at your collection of sweatpants and loungewear makes you want to scream. Part of us definitely misses the days of going all out (and, you know, going out), squeezing into stiff jeans, pulling on a structured shirt, and even adding a pair of heels to our look. But, at the same time, we simply can't quit comfy clothes — which means we're constantly searching for ways to spice up our casual wardrobe, helping us embrace fashion once again. Thankfully, supermodels and other celebrities aren't about to leave us hanging when it comes to style inspiration. Recently, many have decided to revive an old outfit-boosting trick, bringing back an extremely '00s trend: Colorful leggings. Yes, There's a Bodysuit Version of the Butt Crack Leggings While we're used to seeing stars get decked out for the gym or walks outside, many have taken this look beyond their fitness routines, styling colorful leggings with shoes that aren't even sneakers, such as UGGs, slides, and small heels. Considering how many '00s trends have popped up lately, it seems like a matter of time before these bright, almost-pants are everywhere, perhaps even styled with sequins and ruffles along with the average sweatshirt (scream). Stay ahead of the trend by taking a look at how to wear colorful leggings. 12 Questionable Trends From 2011 That Are, Unfortunately, Back Hailey Bieber Rachpoot/MEGA/GC Images While still super casual, Bieber made sure to give her orange Alo leggings a boost by incorporating other must-try trends into her look.
