The fact that it was covered in two million red Siam Swarovski crystals was not lost on us — we couldn't damn well keep our eyes off them. But it wasn't just Miss Hips-Don't-Lie who showed up dripping. Jennifer Lopez's post-Super Bowl Timberlands were also adorned in icy Swarovski crystal collars that nearly outshined her headline-grabbing pants. The days leading up to the Super Bowl were just as crystal-ridden. Awards show red carpets were littered with celebs sporting the entrancing gems. Per the brand, Greta Gerwig and Misty Copeland wore them to the Grammys. Camila Mendes, Maya Hawke and Kaitlyn Dever took them to the SAG Awards. Bella Thorne, Ariel Winter and Jenna Ortega shut down Golden Globes after parties looking positively frosted. If you're beginning to notice a trend here, that's because there is one. A big one. Celebrities looking to make a major statement when they're surrounded by other famous people also looking to make a statement opt for Swarovski. And damn it, we hear them loud and clear. In a totally unexpected turn of events, rather than having to hand over your entire paycheck just to get near the accessories celebs wear to those big functions, you can now shop them on Amazon, for as low as $57. Whaaaat? The mega-retailer is making a big bid in the fashion world with this just-launched shop. But that's not all: Coinciding with New York Fashion Week, Amazon has even coordinated its very own inclusive Amazon Live Fashion Lounge, which live-streamed yesterday and can be watched in its entirety here. While Shakira and J.Lo may not have purchased their Swarovski-laden looks from Amazon (although we can't say the same for other celebs), now we can, and that's all that really matters.
