See Kate Moss's Beauty Evolution Through the Years
Kate Moss is '90s fashion.
She reigned over the decade's scene as the grunge queen, capturing the attention of some of the biggest players in the fashion game: Think photographer Patrick Demarchelier and designers like John Galliano and Calvin Klein.
As the legend goes, Moss was discovered in 1988 at age 14 by Storm Model Management founder Sarah Doukas at JFK airport. From there, her career bloomed as she became the face of the controversial "heroin chic" moment in fashion history.
These days, Moss is mom to 16-year-old daughter Lila Grace Moss-Hack, and is at the helm of her own modeling agency, the aptly named Kate Moss Agency.

''She has this childlike, womanlike thing," designer Calvin Klein told People of the face of his brand. ''And it's very real and modern when a woman's hair looks a little dirty, when it sticks together a little."
The busy model debuted a pixie cut her hairstylist James Brown called, "very easy to maintain. She washes it, blow-dries and goes."
Even a supermodel had to compromise. Said her colorist Brad Johns: "She told me, 'I want to go dark, but my boyfriend likes blond,' so I chunked up her naturally dark blond hair so it's lighter and brighter."
The fringe-sporting style icon launched both a signature fragrance and a Topshop clothing line.
Stylist James Brown gave her a "sexy, rock and roll" bob.
