"This was the cut for Hitch," hairstylist Rod Ortega said of the star's feathered look. "We went for a style with body and versatility."
The Trust the Man beauty lightened up with nude lips and greenish shadow. "That's my little addiction right now," she told InStyle. "I feel like I'm in the seventh grade again with all of this frost."
Said makeup artist Steeve Daviault, "She carries heavy makeup well." Proving his point, the actress smoldered in false lashes and smudgy smoky eyes.
For the L.A. premiere of The Wendell Baker Story, Mendes wore her locks pinned up into a wavy faux-bob.
She played a siren in The Women, but looked perfectly romantic in natural waves and popsicle-stained lips.
Mendes attended a benefit sporting swinging, shiny hair.
"We use warm tones to enhance her complexion," makeup artist Julie Harris said of the star's bright lipstick. "She wears less makeup these days, which makes her look even fresher."
Mendes celebrated her latest campaign with Angel by Thierry Mugler with a classic bombshell style: pale, peachy lips and voluminous waves.
Mendes looked sexy with tossled hair, a pale pink lip, and a strong brow to attend the 2013 Vanidades Icons of Style Awards in New York City.
Mendes took her style cues from the '60s with a mod look that included a polka-dot shift dress, chocolate locks, and lots of black mascara.
Mendes is spotted sporting romantic curls while shooting a commercial in NYC.
