Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers were spotted together for the first time since news of their engagement broke a couple of months ago. Shailene Woodley, Aaron Rodgers. Pierre Suu/Getty Images, Nic Antaya/Getty Images On Monday, the newly engaged couple was spotted departing from the Costa Careyes beach town in Jalisco, Mexico, where they appear to have been vacationing together after the Big Little Lies actress finished filming her upcoming film Misanthrope in Montreal. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the duo was seen being joined by some friends as they boarded a private jet before departing. Woodley was effortlessly comfy-chic in a patterned button down, leggings, and high-top converse. She finished the look with a half-up, half-down top knot, and, of course, a protective face mask. Shailene Woodley Confirmed Her Engagement to Aaron Rodgers — And Showed Off Her Ring Back in February, Woodley confirmed news of her engagement to Rodgers (and showed off her ring) during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon saying, "I never thought I'd be engaged with somebody who threw balls for a living." "Yes, we are engaged. We are engaged," she told Fallon. "But for us, it's not new news. It's kind of funny everybody right now is freaking out over it, and we're like, 'yeah, we've been engaged for a while.'" And it seems that the two hit it off pretty quickly — even Woodley's dog approves. "When I first met him, I think my dog like pulled me aside and was like, 'If you don't date this dude, I will disown you as my mother, because the three feet that I run with you when you throw a ball is nothing compared to the marathon I'm able to run with him,'" she joked. Rodgers initially broke the news when he referred to her as his "fiancée" while accepting the 2020 AP Most Valuable Player award at the NFL Honors.
