Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift's friendship is going strong.

In the latest installment of Gomez's latest venture, a cooking show on HBO Max aptly titled Selena + Chef, Swift makes a casual (virtual) cameo to take a look at her friend's newfound kitchen skills.

During the episode, Gomez learned how to make a Korean BBQ Texas breakfast taco, and immediately asked master chef Roy Choi if she could FaceTime a "friend" to show off her new skills. The friend, of course, turned out to be Swift.

"Dude, look," Gomez told Swift, "I wanted to show you."

Swift replied, "Oh my god, what is that?" as Choi explains the dish. "If you don't send me the recipe, we're going to have words," Swift joked. "I want to be served that."

"I just wanted to show you because I’m so proud," Gomez said, as Swift replied, "Do you know how long I’ve been waiting for you to become obsessed with cooking?"

Taylor added, "I'm very jealous of your whole setup and the fact that you guys are cooking together is pretty great. I'm really envious."

You can watch the clip of their interaction here.

Given the restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic, it's unlikely we'll get an IRL Swift cameo on the show in the near future, but we'll take what we can get.
