Rihanna's Zebra Coat and Dress Costume Is Kind of Confusing
Rihanna stepped out in New York City on Sunday to celebrate spooky season with friends and family in a confusing costume. The singer and entrepreneur wore a black-and-white dress and coat set, and while there's no doubt that she looked fabulous, we are questioning exactly what the costume is supposed to be. (Sorry RiRi!)
In photographs obtained by DailyMail, the multi-hyphenate was seen attending a Halloween party held by her brother Rory over the weekend, where she wore a black gown that appeared to have intentional tears and rips throughout the dress to reveal white fabric underneath, and the bottom featured tattered and frayed hems. Rihanna paired the chaotic dress with an oversized, fluffy Zebra-striped coat that matched the dress in it's black-and-white nature.
She accessorized the busy outfit (costume?) with black open-toed pumps and matching rectangular shades. Her black tresses were worn in beachy-waves and parted down the middle, and she finished off her glam with bold black lipstick.
She nailed her other Halloween costume, which was a spot-on replica of singer and rapper Gunna's viral Fashion Week look. The costume included knee-high Rick Owens boots, long black shorts, a sheer black shirt, and a matching leather vest.
Although she was celebrating Halloween over the weekend, the businesswoman quickly transitioned to the next season by Monday with a sneak peek at Savage x Fenty's Holiday Campaign. She shared sultry snaps from the brand's photo shoot, which featured purple lace lingerie, a butt-length mullet hairdo, and crystal chandeliers.
