Today, she presented concert organist Thomas Trotter with the Queen's Medal for Music during a small ceremony at Windsor Castle. The intimate event also featured Judith Weir, Master of the Queen's Music, and photos from the ceremony featured a peek at a photo behind the queen that gave eagle-eyed royal fans a look at a never-before-seen photo of the royal grandkids. In the photo, Princess Charlotte is in her grandmother's lap and Prince Philip is also in the photo. Other faces include Elizabeth's great-grandson Prince George, Peter Phillips' daughters, Isla and Savannah, and Zara Tindall's oldest daughter, Mia. People posted a close-up of the framed photograph, which was taken at the end of 2016. Though she appears to be healthy, she has been walking with a cane for the first time since 2003 and, unfortunately, doctors have asked that she give up both horseback riding and her daily martini. Back in October, royal doctors noted that she should only "undertake light, desk-based duties," though her schedule seems to be filling up again.
