See All the Celebrities Sitting Front Row at Milan Fashion Week
Want to kick off Milan Fashion Week with a bang? Then ask Alessandro Michele what to do. The Gucci creative director sent models down the runway carrying their own severed heads and that, ladies and gentlemen, is how you get everyone's attention. Fresh off of New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week, which wrapped earlier this month, celebrities continued to sit front row in Italy. Chloë Sevigny looked posh in a delicate satin gold polka-dot jumpsuit straight out of 1977, while Donatella Versace—who will show her own fall collection this week—sat nearby. VIDEO: Queen Elizabeth Sat Front Row at London Fashion Week Moncler invited designers, like Valentino's Pierpaolo Piccioli, to reinterpret the puffer jacket, and they delivered. Millie Bobby Brown witnessed the new looks in a puffer-like sleeveless dress, and Olivia Palermo, Naomi Campbell, and Winnie Harlow all stopped by too. At Tommy Hilfiger, Ruby Rose and Sabrina Carpenter caught up and witnessed Gigi Hadid's final collection for the brand, which this time was motorsport-themed. Every single outfit that Olivia Palermo has worn during fashion month has been an absolute hit. We've seen her work it in items from her Banana Republic collection, and she has also stunned in new L.K. Bennett x Preen's pieces. But somehow, the 31-year-old style star manged to outdo herself with her latest look. For the Paris Fashion Week finale, Palermo strutted for the cameras while wearing the perfect pop of color for fall. Her look was anchored with a rich, orange sweater, which was tucked into a coordinating skirt featuring a navy blue break and white buttons. Palermo added even more color by throwing on a purple and black fur stole by Charlotte Simone ($420; bloomingdales.com) and green pumps by Jimmy Choo ($1,150; nordstrom.com). And her entire look was topped off with glamorous cat-eye sunglasses. Naturally, every-single item will cost you at least a couple of hundred of dollars. But for those who don't have it like that, we've found affordable alternatives that are just as chic. I know, it might be hard to believe, but you don't have to make it rain at Saks in order to look like a street-style star. Seriously, see exactly how it's done with these inexpensive dupes below.
Celebrities Sitting Front Row at Paris Fashion Week
Every season without fail, Paris Fashion Week sees a fantastic lineup of the top fashion designers. The city of love is where the houses of Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Hermès, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, and Lanvin, to name only a few, invite front row regulars to watch the latest collections. For spring 2018, Christian Dior Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri continued to make her bold feminist statement on the runway as she kicked off PFW with a shirt that screamed, “Why Have There Been No Great Women Artists?” (a reference to a 1971 essay by art historian Linda Nochlin). There, Emily Ratajkowski arrived in a high-slit Brock Collection white dress that’s peak EmRata (above), as she posed with Natalia Vodianova and other Dior ladies like Olivia Palermo, Naomi Watts, and Alexa Chung. And earlier, Simon Porte Jacquemus also welcomed Ratajkowski for his spring show, where she wore an LBD that fit her perfectly. The cherry on top of Paris Fashion Week? Cindy Crawford at Chanel.
