On Wednesday, the Big Little Lies actress posted the first look from the set of her upcoming Apple TV+ series, Roar, where she looks totally unrecognizable in a strawberry-blonde pixie cut wig. In the photo, Kidman is seen between trucks and trailers on a green grassy area wearing a heavy blue sweater with her arm up in the air next to a very vibrant rainbow. She also debuted the red pixie cut wig in the snap. Death, Disease, and Corsets: 20 Years Later, Moulin Rouge! Is More Relevant Than Ever "On set 🌈 ," she captioned the post adding, "#Roar #FemaleFilmmakers." Known for her lengthy blonde waves, it's hard to believe it's her in the photo. The upcoming series will also star Cynthia Erivo, Merritt Wever, and Alison Brie, and is based off Cecelia Ahern's book of short stories, of the same name. The show's format will follow eight half-hour episodes, and each one will be told from a female's point of view, according to Daily Mail. The book is a collection of 30 short stories which details different trials and tribulations in a woman's life. Kidman has been keeping busy lately, filming her Hulu limited series Nine Perfect Strangers early this year. She's also been spotted on the set of Aaron Sorkin's new biopic Being The Ricardos, in which she plays Lucille Ball alongside Javier Bardem. She's sporting a red bob for this character as well, and we have to say, we don't hate her with this color. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
