A tease in more ways than one.

Lizzo is about to drop new music, and she just gave fans a preview of what to expect in a new video that's a tease in more ways than one.

Sharing a snippet of her highly-anticipated single "Rumors" on Instagram, the singer posed in a patterned button-down shirt and oversized diamond hoops while lip-synching the lyrics: "They don't know I do it for the culture, goddam / They say I should watch the shit I post, oh goddam."

The clip then cut to Lizzo wearing nothing but her thong and a black bandeau bra. She continued singing — "Say I'm turning big girls into hoes, oh goddam / They say I get groupies at my shows, oh goddamn" — before whipping her head around to the camera and hilariously losing an earring in the process. Lizzo jokingly captioned the short video, "OHHH GAHDAM😵‍💫… I WAS TRYIN TO GIVE YALL A TEASER OF 'RUMORS' BUT I ENDED UP JUST BEIN A TEASE 😈🤫😈."

Lizzo hinted new music was on its way in an earlier post, writing: "NEW ERA BITCH. 'RUMORS'. 8/13. 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫."

"Rumors" will be Lizzo's first solo single in more than two years. In 2019, the songstress dropped her third studio album Cuz I Love You, which included hits "Truth Hurts," "Good as Hell," and Juice," and the following year, she won three awards for the collection of songs at the 2020 Grammys.
