Kourtney Kardashian Shared Photos of Penelope Disick's Brand-New Bright Red Hair

She's a cool mom, no doubt about it.

Penelope Disick, Kourtney Kardashian's 9-year-old daughter, swapped out her signature chocolate-brown lengths for something much, much brighter. In a new photo on Instagram, Kardashian showed off Penelope's bright-red hair, which gets shown off pretty spectacularly thanks to amazing lighting. Penelope is wearing a graphic tee to show off the bold look, which looks darker at her roots and fades into a fiery red shade.

Kardashian used a string of red emoji to caption the snapshot, eschewing actual words for visuals. After all, seeing the red heart, chili pepper, and cherry emoji alongside Penelope's hair makes for a pretty accurate description.

People adds that Kardashian offered up a behind-the-scenes look at the process on her Instagram Story, which had images of Penelope's hair with the red dye on it, clipped into a bun.

Penelope has been making appearances on both mom and dad Scott Disick's social media feeds lately. In addition to this makeover, Penelope featured on Disick's Instagram prepping dinner — albeit in a pair of very Kardashian-appropriate sunglasses.

"I wear my sunglasses at night...So I can, so I can. CHOP ONIONS 🧅," Disick wrote.

Disick and Kardashian share three children: Penelope, Mason, and Reign. Disick has been known to experiment with his hair color, too, going bleach-blond and pink in the past, so he shouldn't have any qualms about his daughter getting playful with her look.
