Khloé Kardashian Shut Down Critics Saying She Shaded Halle Berry at the People Choice Awards

Khloé Kardashian is clearing up any doubts over whether she shaded Halle Berry at the 2021 People Choice Awards.

This week, Khloé attended the award show alongside her sister Kim Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner amid the news that her ex Tristan Thompson allegedly had a baby with another woman while they were still together. During the ceremony, the reality star put on a brave face while posing for photos in a sexy chainmail dress and accepting the honor of Best Reality Show of 2021. But at one point, her enthusiasm waned, and during Halle Berry's acceptance speech for the People's Icon Award, critics accused Kardashian of giving the Oscar-winner an "I don't care' sorta look."

In response, Khloé shut down the accusation on Twitter, stating: "That's disappointing my face gave that expression. Halle Berry is such a force. Absolutely Stunning and beyond talented." She went on to seemingly acknowledge the latest Thompson cheating scandal, adding: "Tbh I'm barely in my own body right now. Please don't read into anything. Also please don't tear me apart because you assumed something."

Earlier this week, cheating rumors regarding Kardashian and Thompson began to circulate once again. According to court documents obtained by People, Thompson allegedly fathered a child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols. Nichols is suing Thompson for child support and other pregnancy-related fees after she said they conceived a child together in March (when he and Khloé were still dating). The Good American founder reportedly "knows about the baby" and was "upset" by the news.

"Khloé was upset to find out that he cheated again," says the source. "She just can't believe that he is going to be a dad again. It's just a sad situation to her."
