Katy Perry offered up a double dose of snake print with her latest outfit. During a visit to Good Morning America, Perry swapped her football cosplay and over-the-top surrealist Las Vegas costumes for a western-inspired outfit with plenty of snakeskin. The singer and American Idol judge paired a warm, chocolatey brown suit with a neon snake-patterned tube top as she spoke about the latest season of the singing competition (which arrives on February 27), adding a pair of metal-tipped cowboy boots and a lariat necklace to the rodeo-ready ensemble.

Perry's long jacket featured super-wide lapels and exaggerated long sleeves, which covered her hands. The coordinating pants were high-waisted and had wide legs, which almost covered up the intricate design on her boots. Light-lensed sunglasses and a tiny black shoulder bag finished her decidedly low-key look, though the bright yellow tube top did add a shock of color to the otherwise monochromatic outfit.

Perry welcomed her daughter, Daisy Dove, with fiancé Orlando Bloom in August 2020. During today's episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan, which had Perry wearing the same snake-print suit, she explained that her daughter is starting to "push her boundaries" and "loves to throw food on the floor to the dogs."

"What is she into? Well, you know what I think? I think if you gave all of the toys that you ever wanted to to a kid they would still want to touch electrical outlets," Perry told hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest. "I think — I don't even know if this is on the market — but someone should make like a plushy electrical outlet or something."

Ripa noted that it's probably not a good idea to make something so dangerous look cute and cuddly, saying that the "goal is to keep [kids] away from them and not make them more enticing."
