On Friday morning, the Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the London School of Economics, looking chic and professional in a pale blue, square-shoulder LK Bennet dress with puffy sleeves, as rain poured down around her. Kate was visiting the school to launch her new early childhoodinitiative The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, which will focus on the importance of early development and education for children during their formative years, in hopes to create a better society.
