People reports that Kate and William participated in a call with Time to Change to thank everyone involved with the charity. For the appearance, Kate wore a black turtleneck sweater and kept her hair in her usual long, soft waves. William wore a cornflower blue sweater over a collared shirt. "Movements like Time to Change have helped to transform attitudes and encouraged more openness about mental health in schools, communities and the workplace," Kate added. While Kate and William were appreciative of Time for Change's continued work, Kate added that there's still more to do, saying the "work isn't done yet." "We need to keep talking, keep taking action and continue to stand up to the stigma," William said. Time to Change's funding ends on March 31, so the Cambridge's message comes just in time for the organization's impending closure. "I intend to help create impact in people's lives," Harry said in a statement. "Proactive coaching provides endless possibilities for personal development, increased awareness, and an all-round better life."
