Julia Roberts's Daughter Made Her Red Carpet Debut

Hazel Moder went to Cannes with her dad.

It's not every day that your dad has movie premiering at the Cannes Film Festival, so it would be tough to think of a better occasion to step out on the red carpet for the very first time. E! News reports that Julia Roberts and Danny Moder's daughter, Hazel, accompanied her father to the Cannes red carpet at an event for Sean Penn's latest movie, Flag Day. Moder served as cinematographer for the film and although he and Roberts have been together for two decades and Hazel is 16, she's managed to stay out of the spotlight — until now.

Hazel wore a midi-length soft yellow lace shirtdress with long sleeves and a spread collar. Though it's billed as one of the most glamorous events in the entire world, she kept things low-key with minimal makeup, a single necklace, and wore her hair in a simple ponytail. She finished the look with chunky black Mary Janes.

Hazel and twin brother Phinnaeus were born back in November 2004. Just three years later, Roberts and Moder welcomed another son, Henry. While Oscar-winner Roberts is one of the most famous actors in the entire world, she's managed to keep her kids out of the spotlight. The parents generally keep the kids off of social media (though there have been some exceptions) and every outing with a peek at any of the kids is a rare one.

Entertainment Tonight reports that a birthday wish to Henry posted on Danny's Instagram was the latest glimpse into the family's super-secret (and apparently super-normal) life.
