Julia Fox

Julia Fox seemingly has a new, inventive styling trick: slicing off her waistbands and re-engineering them into a bra tops. Last week, she removed the top half of her jeans and covered her chest with the scrap of remaining fabric, and just yesterday, she was at it again — this time, in an evening-ready version.

On Thursday night, Fox stepped out and made an appearance at fashion designer LaQuan Smith's spring/summer 2022 event in West Hollywood, wearing a tiny red sequined bralette that looked like it was cut from the sash attached to her long, black skirt. The DIY move made for a super low-rise silhouette, and not to mention, a major midriff-revealing moment.

Beauty-wise, Fox wore her brunette hair down and in relaxed waves, and sported her signature bold black eye makeup that she dubbed as the "Fox eye."

Earlier this month, Julia gave an extensive beauty tutorial on how to achieve the graphic eyeshadow look that she first debuted during Paris Fashion Week in a video posted to Instagram — and lets just say the process isn't for the faint of heart. In the nearly 17-minute clip, the actress begins by dusting black shadow on her brow bone, before sweeping it across the rest of her lid. She then adds another layer of black eye shadow to both her eyelids and the inner corner of her eye. The final steps include an outline of black eye pencil and a swipe of mascara on both the upper and lower lashes.

Next, we need a tutorial on how to wear our waistbands as tops.
